I Kick & I Fly

Fourteen-year-old Heera lives on the outskirts of the red light district in Bihar, India, where her father plans to sell her into the sex trade to feed the family and repay his loans. When a hostel owner offers her the chance to practice kung fu, she learns that her body is not an object to be commodified. A competition takes her to the USA, where she pieces together the whereabouts of her missing best friend and risks everything on a daring mission.
