My thoughts

4.5/5 stars you know a book is just perfect when you stay up ALL NIGHT to finish reading. I wanted to wait a couple of hours to decide what my final rating would be and it isn't the perfect 5 stars because- 1. Even the idea was brilliant and the execution near perfect, some aspects of it did draw out longer than needed. 2. Among the five different POVs we're following, 2 of them took way too long to get interesting (they do get interesting yeah) but by then it felt like a chore reading those chapters. 3. Ellie's carelessness wrt the whole thing was painfully obvious (for plot development reasons) and it annoyed me alot. But other than that, everything about this book is amazing. It left me pondering a lot of things. Especially with thr Christopher pov, there was a lot going on, so much to unpack and revisit. Will definitely think about the themes of the book for along time. Needless to say, I'm very much impressed with the author and will be checking out their other works too!
