The Second Chance Year opens Goodreads in a new tab

My thoughts

3.75 rounded up to 4 ⭐️ went in with very low expectations and was pleasantly surprised. finished it in one sitting and didn’t get distracted more than 3 times during the whole process. although the ending seemed a little rushed (i would have loved to see a couple of pages from jacob’s pov) but overall it was pretty okay. the overarching conversations about sexism at workplaces and harassment and how men in power usually get away with whatever they do, in a cutesy romcom was definitely a plus.
