The Hawthorne Legacy (The Inheritance Games, #2) opens Goodreads in a new tab

My thoughts

3.5/5 stars The trick to being abandoned was to never let yourself long for anyone who left. Although this book was nothing more than a filler,, now that it's gonna be a trilogy- i still did end up enjoying it fairly. I did not like how my fav side characters almost disappeared in this one and the love triangle got very weird at one point. oh and the end? the fucking end, i am MAD about it. VERY MUCH SO. Having said that, I did enjoy the puzzles and riddles and clues and hints. I had too much fun solving this mystery- and while I don't know where book three will go I still am very much looking forward to it. If you loved the inheritance games for all its quirky riddles and games, you're sure to like this one a lot!
