My thoughts

4.5/5 came-for-the-title-stayed-for-the-story 🌟 “He doesn’t look like a monster though. But they don’t, do they? Otherwise, they’d never get the opportunity to be monsters.” i support women’s rights but more than that i support women’s wrongs <3 this book was actually so helpful🥰 while everyone is complaining about the characters being unlikeable (they are all meant to be?) and the whole book being so over the top extra (it is satire so?) i really don’t get why everyone seems to not be on board with that :3 somehow i wasn’t even so bothered with the overtly in-the-face vegan propagandaism 🤷🏻‍♀️ were there parts of the story (re: murders) that sounded absolutely bizarre &unbelievable at times? absolutely. but good thing then this is only fiction and we can all suspend our beliefs/keep the detective hats aside for a couple of hours to enjoy the true nature of unhinged feminine rage <3 TW: rape, (sexual) assault, murder, chopping up bodies (graphic imagery), gore, domestic abuse, eating disorders, misogyny, pedophilia, animal slaughter (graphic imagery)
