My thoughts

4/5 ⭐️ emily henry is so back. after being a bit disappointed by happy place, funny story is such a comback for me. Nick Miller, i mean Miles Nowak, the man that you are <3 Absolutely loved Daphne as a fmc and her friendship with Ashleigh was so so special to me. The overarching themes, the side characters (Julia, my girl <3) and slow build of the romance to peak into something so beautiful was exactly the Emily Henry fix I needed as a preventative measure for the impending reading slump. Although the first two chapters I was like uh what?? but in EH we trust and as always she delivers. Another friends to lovers hit for me after PWMOV she really is the romance queen, Miss Henry </3
