My thoughts

2.5/5 🌟 rounded up. listen, they’re called popcorn thrillers for a reason!! i thought i’d read for a bit before bed and then suddenly it is4AM on a tuesday night and i have finished reading this book along w a lot of snacks. do i have work tomorrow? yes. should i have slept earlier? definitely. but do i regret not doing so? hell no! this is how you prevent reading slumps girlies!! coming to the book- obviously this plot isn’t anything new or unique for seasoned thriller readers (aka me) but it definitely was a page turner. despite a few far fetched situations and weird character quirks, it kept me hooked - the plot, the writing, the audiobook narration style (btw, highly recommend the audio). and the cherry on top was that epilogue. almost makes me wanna read the book two real quick too! moral of the story- you always gotta be a girl’s girl no matter how insanely handsome or “nice” your man is!
